Communication Settings

Velim allows you to manage how and when we communicate with you.

Service-related communications
Certain communications are essential for providing the Velim service. These include account notifications, security alerts, service updates, and messages required to deliver the functionality you use.

These communications are always enabled and cannot be disabled, as they are necessary for the performance of the service.

Marketing communications
With your consent, Velim may send you information about new features, updates, or promotional offers.

You can choose whether to receive marketing communications and withdraw your consent at any time through your Communication Settings.

Communication channels
Depending on your preferences and the services you use, communications may be delivered via:

• email,
• in-app notifications,
• push notifications, or
• other channels made available within the Velim platform.

Managing your preferences
You can update your communication preferences at any time:

• through the Communication Settings section within the Velim application, or
• by following the unsubscribe instructions included in marketing messages.

Changes to your preferences take effect without undue delay.
