General Terms of Use
These Terms of Use set out the terms and rules governing the use of the Velim mobile application (hereinafter: the “Application”). The owner of the Application and the provider of system and application support services for its use is SKVID d.o.o., Jalševečka cesta 40, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia (hereinafter: “SKVID”). The Application is a software tool used for two-way communication between Application Users and for the exchange of relevant information and documentation. For the purposes of these General Terms of Use, an Application User is any legal entity or adult natural person who has voluntarily registered to use the Application. Use of the Application is not possible without consenting to these General Terms of Use.
To use the Application, you must have access to a mobile network and use one of the most commonly used mobile devices, such as iOS, Android, or HarmonyOS devices.
By accessing, activating, and using the Application, users confirm that they are familiar with the General Terms of Use and their legal effects and that they have read, understood, and accepted them in full. It is deemed that users are at all times familiar with and agree to these Terms of Use, including the provisions on data processing.
Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy, the Data Protection Notice, and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these General Terms of Use.
SKVID reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to make changes or amendments to these General Terms of Use at any time and for any reason, without prior notice. If SKVID amends the Terms of Use, it will notify users by means of a notice within the Application and will request users to confirm the new Terms of Use. If a User does not agree with the amended Terms of Use, SKVID may terminate the relevant business relationship. It shall be deemed that the User is aware of and accepts any changes to any revised term of use by confirming those terms and continuing to use the Application after the date on which the revised General Terms of Use are published.
SKVID provides the Application as a technical communication platform. SKVID does not control, monitor, or endorse the content exchanged between users and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of such content. Users are solely responsible for the content they create, upload, or exchange through the Application.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SKVID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Application is owned by SKVID d.o.o., and all source code and databases, texts, photographs, and graphics in the Application (collectively, the “Content”), as well as the trademarks, designations, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”), are the property of SKVID.
By using the Application, you, as the User, represent and warrant that you:
If you provide any untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete information, we have the right to suspend or terminate your right of access to and future use of the Application (or any part thereof). You agree to keep your access credentials confidential and will be responsible for any use of your username and password within the Application. We reserve the right to remove access to the Application if we determine that your conduct is inappropriate in that it is contrary to laws or other regulations, endangers public safety or the safety of other natural persons, or is inappropriate in any other respect.
These Terms of Use apply from March 1, 2024, until revoked by SKVID d.o.o.
